Acknowledgment

You voluntarily chosen to participate in a Graceful Marriage Retreat (hereinafter called 'program') through Graceful Marriage (hereinafter called "Graceful") and I do voluntarily agree to participate in the marriage education sessions, exercises, pastoral counseling, and/or coaching as offered by Graceful. I further understand that Graceful is a faith-based Christian ministry organization with the mission of restoring marriages by teaching and applying Biblical principles, which will significantly impact the services I receive.

 

I acknowledge that, as a faith-based organization, Graceful and its agents, representatives, employees, and volunteers do not practice as psychiatric or medical professionals, nor as licensed professional counselors, and that I am under no obligation to accept or reject any prayer, advice, coaching, pastoral counseling, or spiritual guidance that I may receive from Graceful, its
representative, agent, employee, or volunteer.
